Tutorial: Dress-up Base Body Doll by marywinkler Tutorial: Dress-up Base Body Doll by marywinkler
Check out the latest tutorial: How to Draw a Doll Base Body for a Dress-Up Game.
It's the first part of a community challenge launching on Tuts+.
The second part will be published on January 7th with the call for entries soon after.

I have a question. If I create my own doll base using your tutorial as a guide, will I have to credit that I used your tutorial? Or if I choose to use the downloadable doll base you provided, will I need to credit you if I use it. I would like to do some fashion pieces but don't have a good digital "mannequin" to execute on.

If you create your own, I think it's best to credit. As for using the base, it's technically owned, in part, by Tuts+ now, and I'm not sure what their policy on use is aside from nothing commercial (so using the base for something that would result in adoptables, prints, etc. would be against the terms of use of the site).
net.tutsplus.com/about/tuts-te… <- according to their terms of use, it seems that if you create a base of your own with techniques from the tutorials, you can use it freely for whatever. :)
