Shiny Princess Lady Brite Cake

Oh so shiny, desu.
I wanted to combine the obnoxious magical girl feel of SAY-RAH-MYUUUUUUUN, bright colours of Jem, volume and hair that Lady Lovely Locks surely has, and the girliness of an entire decade. Princesses!
